Setting up Forms authentiation using ADAM in MOSS 2007

mental note:

1) install shared services on moss server
2) setup shared services to import your adam
3) on your moss web app setup your authenticated extension for forms authentication and add authentication provider as imported into shared services
4) add authentication provider to web.config for central admin site, windows site and forms extension site
